Keep private information private

Do not post symptoms, diagnoses, medical records, treatment photos, passport numbers, phone numbers or private conversations. There are no uploads or private messages. Do not request diagnoses or personalized treatment recommendations.

Be clear about your connections

Disclose clinic, agency and commercial affiliations in your profile and relevant posts. No referral codes, unsolicited promotion, payment requests, impersonation or fabricated experiences. Clinic staff may contribute factual answers with disclosure, but cannot advertise or claim independent endorsement.

Review before publication
